About AGRP

The Aquatic Genomics Research Platform (AGRP) is based at the South African Institute for Aquatic Biodiversity (SAIAB) in Makhanda, South Africa.

Our research focuses on the genomics of aquatic organisms, with particular emphasis on fish biodiversity, conservation genomics, and population genetics.
